Is my deposit returnable?

For; Dance, Drama, homework, Breakfast and After school club *

For Events and Holiday Schemes the deposit will be added against your final invoice. However in the event of cancellation the deposit will be non refundable.

 

How do I pay a deposit?

Deposits need to be paid as soon as registration form is filled to secure your child's space.

£20 for use of Breakfast club ONLY

£60 for after-school club use ONLY

£60 for use of Both breakfast and After-school and Holidays

£40 for Homework Dance and Drama Club.

If your Childcare voucher provider isn't named on this list please contact us ASAP so we can register with them.

 

When will I receive my invoice and how do I pay?

Brighter Horizons invoice parents after each half term via email you will receive an invoice within the first 5 days of the new term. (Please enquire if not received). You will have a 14 day period in which to settle the invoice.

An annual booking fee of £20 for admin fee is charged in September or January (please check club location) for Ofsted Registration and insurance.

Brighter Horizons accept cheques, bank transfer, direct debit and PayPal which is connected to the invoices.
